John is a co-founder of Discovery Capital, and a Director of the BC Discovery Fund (VCC) Inc. He has worked with nearly 200 technology companies, and serves on several Investee Company Boards. He spearheaded corporate finance initiatives for companies such as Sierra Wireless Inc. and Circon Systems Corp., accelerating their development by attracting key corporate and additional venture capital backing. He is well known in the B.C. technology community as past Operations Chair of the Vancouver Enterprise Forum. Prior to co-founding Discovery Capital, he worked with IBM Canada Ltd. He holds a B.Comm from U.B.C.

Harry is a co-founder of Discovery Capital, and a Director of the BC Discovery Fund (VCC) Inc. He has
worked with nearly 200 technology companies, and serves on several Investee
Company Boards. Harry has over twenty years experience in advising early-stage
technology companies, managing technology sector investment funds, and
sourcing, analyzing and closing venture capital investment opportunities.
Harry was appointed as a Public Governor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange
in 1998, served as an independent Director of the Canadian Venture Exchange
(CDNX), and has also been appointed as an independent Director of the
TSX Group, Inc., the 7th largest stock exchange in the world, and North
America's first publicly traded stock exchange group. He is also well
known in the B.C. technology community, and as a regular columnist in
Business in Vancouver. Prior to co-founding Discovery Capital, he was
a Consulting Manager with DMR Group, and worked with IBM Canada Ltd. Harry
holds a B.Eng. from Lakehead University.

Charles is responsible for the financial management and capital raising activities of Discovery Capital and its subsidiaries, and will assist in building the company's relationships with the investment community. Charles brings nine years of investment banking experience in advising private and public companies to Discovery Capital, and will assist Discovery Capital investee companies in structuring financings and in completing acquisition and divestiture transactions. Prior to joining the Company, Charles was a director of Dundee Securities Corporation, providing investment banking services in Alberta and British Columbia, prior to which he worked in a similar role in the Vancouver office of a national investment dealer. As well as being a CMA, he holds a MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Maurice is primarily responsible for
research and assessment when it comes to new investment opportunities, as well as the investigation of strategic opportunities related to existing portfolio companies at Discovery
Capital. He evaluates many new and innovative technologies, looking closely
at their technical foundations, proposed practical applications, and business
models. Maurice has had extensive experience dealing with software and
hardware companies involved with wireless and wire-line communications,
knowledge management, and IT infrastructure. Prior to joining Discovery
Capital, Maurice served as an IT consultant and web projects coordinator
for clients in several verticals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree
from the University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Information Technology
from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).

Bruce brings extensive experience in structuring and advising technology companies, and will be a valuable source of legal and operational expertise to Discovery Capital and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Discovery Capital, Bruce served as Chair of Surrey Metro Savings, while it was Canada's second largest and only publicly traded credit union. From 1996 to 1998, he was President and CEO of Norsat International Inc., a satellite communications technology company. He has also practiced law in the areas of corporate finance, securities, taxation and commercial lending. In addition to serving as a Director of Discovery Capital since 1993, he has represented numerous local technology companies, frequently offering his leadership skills by participating on their boards or management teams. Mr. Chapman holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the University of British Columbia, a Masters of Science in Mathematics from the California Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.

Patricia joined Discovery Capital after serving as Corporate Secretary
for Wajax Ltd. (TSE: WJX). At Wajax, she played a key role in administration
and governance, managing legal and securities filing requirements, and
implementation of various integration challenges. Her previous experience
includes Corporate Finance Consultant for law firm Davis & Company, and
6 years with the B.C. Securities Commission, including as a manager in
the Corporate Finance department. She holds her CMA designation, and a
B.Comm from U.B.C.

Susan is responsible for the overall portfolio administration function for the company. Her past experience includes serving as an Investment Officer for the McGill University Pension Fund and holding supervisory positions in the Corporate Services Department with Guardian Trust Company between 1980 and 1989. Susan has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Practices and Handbook Course and the Investment Funds Institute of Canada Course.

Judy has managed the accounting departments for Discovery Capital, its affiliates and subsidiaries since 1997. She has over 30 years experience in accounting and bookeeping, and holds an Accounting certificate from BCIT.
